For the last two years, part of the human experience went missing.
Preceding March 2020, connecting to creative folks worldwide was simple; one search on Instagram and suddenly, you had twenty new friends. Meetups and other networking opportunities were abundant. There was a true sense of community. One that was tangible. Something that existed when “gatekeep” wasn’t the most popular search on Urban Dictionary.
Something that we could all be a part of.
Now, with the massive rise of Tiktok, Instagram, and social media in general, we are supposedly “more connected than ever,” but the influx of media that we are faced with 24/7 feels like a never-ending marathon. The real question is, how do we combat this?
Our solution is bringing creative folks back together, in person.
Dear Creators is a community that strives to grow together and thrives in a collaborative environment. We want to rise to the occasion and meet the needs of the collective. We are about inclusivity, teamwork, friendship, and believing that there is room for everyone at the table. We are each other's greatest teachers, and we can’t wait to see everything we make together.
